Affordable Residential Solar Lease Program

Beta lease to own Agreement. (CALIFORNIA ONLY)

If you can pay your electric bill each month… Then you can afford an EES – (Embedded Energy System) from Pristine Sun!

Affordable Solar Energy System for only the cost of about a 1/3 of your federal rebate as a deposit & low monthly payments fixed for 10 years

Own the system after 10 years

EXAMPLE:

 6 Kilowatt size EES should produce ~ 720 kWh/month in San Francisco (a below average solar installation in CA)

 $35,000 total system price

 $3,465 grant deposit (paid via Pay Pal) at credit approval

 System installed in 30 days

 Total federal cash grant $10,500 minus deposit of $3,465 = $7,035 which is received in cash

 Monthly payment of $260.00 if you choose to keep the federal grant check

 Monthly payment of $182.00 if you choose to pay down loan with the federal grant check

IMPORTANT NOTE:

2011 will be the last year customers will receive federal grant rebate checks after installation.

Beginning 2012 all federal grant rebates will be in the

form of a tax credit and will not be sent out directly but

will be applied to your tax return or taxes owed.

Currently residential EES lease is only available in CA & HI.
